Natural Asthma Cure Weekend Workshop
 | This workshop is specifically designed for asthmatics and people with breathing difficulties. It offers students knowledge and experience of the Buteyko Method as it was developed and patented by Dr. Buteyko. The method is based on the discovery that the cause for asthma, allergies, stuffy nose, bronchitis, other respiratory problems and many other health issues is "over-breathing" or hyperventilation. We will also teach students how to stop an asthma attack, coughing, and other symptoms of breathing difficulties.
